Tanya - BiTeapd_logo1.gifTanya Wigg, Bite director, is an accredited practicing Dietitian (APD) ((BaplSc.(Hlth Sc.) Masters Nutrition & Dietetics, MND)) who has helped hundreds of individuals take control of their health, nationally.
Her holistic approach to health care encompasses both medical and alternative models, drawing from both worlds to find the right combination for individuals needs in nutrition as well as aspects of exercise. Success of programs stems from incorporating all aspects of lifestyle; emotional, physical and spiritual health.

Tanya, BiTe director, was recently featured in the Illawarra Mercury Taste liftout, due to her vast experience in workplace well-being programs. With this experience, she still travels interstate, consulting to various multi nationals and was a delegate speaker at the 2005 Melbourne Safety Conference on the topic.

She has been interviewed for various Illawarra Mercury articles on current health related topics, written for Tertangula; been a guest speaker at fund raising events; is a board member on the Illawarra Division of GP Community Consumer Committee. She is also very active in the Illawarra Women in Business Network and so much more….
